Retail sugar price falls 3.85% but remains above ₹62/kg ahead of festive season; check rates

Retail sugar price has dropped 3.85% to ₹62.57 per kg in a week, data from the Consumer Affairs Ministry showed. The slight drop follows recent government measures, including allowing imports and tightening of stockholding norms for dealers.
